One of the biggest concerns Black Friday shoppers tend to have is how to organize the myriad of deals they see on TV commercials and in newspaper ads. Black Friday Wish is a great way to store the information on the deals you want to take advantage of.
An app for the iPhone, iTouch, and iPad, Black Friday Wish not only shows you what the best deals are and where to find them, but also helps you organize what you plan to ultimately buy. It does this by allowing you to create a wish list. Simply type in what you want to buy and begin creating your list. Once you've added the name of the product into Black Friday Wish, you can click on it, and Black Friday Wish will bring up information on related deals. If you like what you see, one click will add the item to your shopping cart. Black Friday Wish even allows you to note who you plan to purchase the item for.
If you're unsure exactly what items you'd like to purchase, Black Friday Wish also lets you search for available deals by category, store, and rebate. There are also sections where you can search for free deals and door busters.
Another nice feature included in this app is the ability to inform friends about the deals you find, either via Twitter, Facebook, or email.
Unfortunately, Black Friday Wish has two discernible flaws. First, often even after the app has confirmed that you've placed the item in a specific shopping list, it has not actually done so. Make sure to double check your shopping list before navigating away from the item in question. Second, I noticed several stores listed on Black Friday Wish that I had never heard of. A quick search of my geographic region revealed that they were not located anywhere nearby. Consequently, before you get excited about the deals you see, verify the store is within driving distance of where you live.
If you want a comprehensive Black Friday organizational tool, give Black Friday Wish a try.
